Return Process

  Ensure your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date and was purchased directly from the Lakanto website.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items you wish to return, including the original packing slip or a note with your RMA number clearly written.

  Receive Refund

  Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
